The Getting Him Off Series consists of three books from C. R. Lemons. These series revolves around Daisy who is a world class paralegal who works for Jim. Her best friend/bedmate is Mac. They have a very strange co-dependent relationship. Jim decides to hire a investigator for the law firm. In comes former police detective Warren.
Each book revolves around a specific legal case along with the her love life that unfolds and develops.
In the first book, Getting him off quickly, Daisy and her team are given the task of getting another lawyer off on a murder charge. In the second book, Getting him off secretly, there is a very powerful judge who fears he will be a suspect in a murder investigation. Daisy and the team are tasked at getting him off without him before he gets charged and his career ruined.
In book three, Getting him off completely, Daisy and the team are tasked with helping one of the new investigators get off after his girlfriend for an undercover operation ends up murdered in his apartment.
All these books are funny, with some suspense and crazy situations that Daisy lands in.
