Sam Woods is a ICU nurse who lives in New Orleans. Her new next door neighbor Doug Morgan is not who he says he is. Sam is a naïve young women, who has some series Daddy issues. He Minister father basically called her a liar when she went to him, fearing she had been raped. Then theirs the issue of her special gift, she can see & talk to the dead! Doug turns out to be Sebastian, who is the CEO of his fathers shipping company. He is also a sexual dominate who only wants sex his way with Sam, without emotions. As you can expect a possible virgin and a Dom are going to make for an interesting story. Add in the ghosts of Sam's missing Landlord, and Sebastian's dead father and you have an even better story!
This book is a great story that features Dom/sub relationship, with training and hot sex! Characters are really well developed and I loved the twist and turns in the plot. Curious to see what is next in this series.
