Book Review: Playing Dirty by Mickey Miller

I received an ARC of Playing Dirty from the author in exchange for my honest review.
This book is considered a sports romance with a HEA ending. Jake is appears to be a cocky egotistical drinking playboy baller. But that's just this image people want to see. Andrea is young but not sports illiterate. She is a college softball player who is working for a PR company charged with cleaning up Jake's image. These two have such amazing chemistry on the pages, that you quickly want to know what happens next. I loved the witty report between these two. Plus I like that Andrea is smart, and knows her sports. But also that Jake appreciates a women like her, instead of wanting what society thinks should be beautiful. Such a great story with amazing writing. I actually found myself chuckling when I remembered this book was written by a guy. Stereotypical, yes, but such a breath of fresh air! LOVED this book, and can't wait to see what Mickey writes next.
                                                                       4.5 Stars!!!
