I', a new reader of Jenna Jacob's. I have read one of the Doms of Genesis books in the past. This is only the second book in the series that I've read. I can say that this is a stand alone novella, and can easily be read without reading the whole series, but if your anything like me, you'll be going back to read the whole series from start to current. This story is about submissive Trevor, who is months past a traumatic attach. He is still not over the situation and not back to his old self. His Master Moses is trying to do his best to bring his boy back to him, but he is at a loss of what to do. Trevor wants to be his old self, but he needs help. He needs his Master to bring him to a place of calming and healing by his Master controlling his via his Dominance. This is a M/M story, and honestly I haven't read many M/M stories it has never been a genre that I have enjoyed reading. But this book is the exception to all my past likes. I truly loved reading the dynamics between Moses and Trevor. The D/s relationship was truly the front and center story line so it didn't matter that the story was about two men, it was about the relationship and the love these two men share with each other. I truly loved this story, the writing and the amazing characters that Jenna Jacob's gives us in this story. Simply amazing read!
