To get what you really want, sometimes you have to walk away. Olivia
Survival. It was the driving force that kept me going when our world as we knew it was
ripped away from us in one horrific night. I didn’t know who brutally killed my parents
or why, but when the vicious killers turned their focus onto my brother and sister, I did
the only thing I knew to do: I ran. I packed them up and left everything we knew and loved behind and headed for
Memphis. Clutch
The club was my life. I’d do anything for my brothers. Hell, I’ve taken more than a couple
of bullets for them and I’d do it again. But I needed to step away to clear my head. I
pushed the throttle forward and headed down south with one goal in mind: to fulfill
Cotton’s orders and establish the route for the club’s new pipeline. Doing my job was my only focus until I saw her working in that diner down on Front
Street. She had fire in her eyes and bite to her tongue -- and she was absolutely
breathtaking. Full of class and spunk, the girl was out of my league. What was she doing
working at a diner in Memphis, Tennessee? She was a mystery to me, and even though
my gut told me she was hiding something, I felt a pull to her that I could not deny.

L. Wilder:
Leslie Wilder grew up in a small town in West Tennessee. A country girl at heart, she’s
always thought that life is too short, but she had no idea how short it really was until her
brother passed away in 2014. She’s always been an avid reader, loving the escape only a
great book can give, and wondered if she had what it took to write one of the wild
romances she’d come to adore. With the support of her family and friends, she published
Inferno: A Devil Chaser’s MC, one year after her brother’s death. With him in mind, she
fulfilled her lifetime dream of writing. Since then, she’s completed the Devil Chaser’s
Series and continued on with the Satan’s Fury MC Series. She has so many stories in her
head, and can’t wait to share each and every one. Leslie has been blown away by the support of her readers, appreciating every message, review, and encouraging word she’s received over the past year. She looks forward to
continuing this journey with them for years to come.

I received a ARC of Clutch in exchange for my honest review.
This is the first book in the series that I've read. While I'm not sure the author intended it to be a stand alone novel, I was able to read it with only a few holes in the story that didn't effect Clutch's overall story. It did however make me want to go grab the other three books (and one novella) in the story, because the writing was that good!
This story is a MC Romance, so we have a guy from a biker club. Usually the club is such a huge part of the story, and it is, but not as much as I would of thought. I think the primary reason is because Clutch is visiting the Memphis Chapter of Satan's Fury from his home club in the State of Washington.
We get to meet the two main character months before they meet each other. Olivia is faced with such a nightmare when her mother and father are brutally murdered one night. After finding her younger brother & Sister, who escaped the house that fateful night, they go on the run. After people start following the children, and break into Liv's apartment, she decided to run with the kids until the police catch whoever killed their parents and is after them. She lands in Memphis with her siblings and takes a job at a little Dinner, where she gets an apartment above the restaurant and feels like she is safe, at least for the moment.
Without really realize it, she is working in a MC business, and sleeping in one of the clubs apartments. That when Clutch gets to town, he's put into the apartment across the hall from Liv. Right from the start Liv tries to keep herself away from Clutch, and he thinks she's a huge, beautiful pain!
I love how Clutch isn't stupid. He knows Hazel (as she calls herself now) is hiding something, and he wants her to trust him enough to help her. Liv's wall is starting to crumb, and when she finds Clutch extremely sick with the flu, it falls to the ground. Their romance begins.
I've read many MC romances in the past, and usually it the violence that gets to me. This book had violence, but it wasn't so graphic that it wasn't just another part of the story.
The chemistry between these two, and how amazing they are as a family is awesome! I loved the suspense and the mystery we had to solve too.
